Roger Briesewitz, Ph.D.

Roger Briesewitz is Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at the Comprehensive Cancer Center of the Ohio State University. Focusing on translational leukemia research, he has discovered a novel oncokinase that can give rise to Chronic Eosinophilic Leukemia. Roger was formerly a Scientist at Theravance, Inc., where he led anti-cancer drug discovery efforts. He holds a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Columbia University and was a postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University, where he co-invented Chemobody technology.
