In particular, our platform can accelerate solving:
ADME/Toxicity optimization issues. We can solve these problems by scaffold-hopping, offering an alternative to an existing, problematic series. In addition, we can exhaustively search compound space within a current lead series, or very close to a current lead series, to identify optimization vectors to solve ADME or toxicity issues.
Patentability. Our process takes a "synthetically unconstrained" path to work around existing IP. We can generate novel compounds by either hopping into very different scaffolds or by carving through existing patent space. This same approach can be used to make sure a successful program has the most robust patent protection possible.
Program rescue. Our technology platform can leverage existing investment by solving challenges in abandoned or deprioritized programs.
