The in silico output of our platform—typically about 12 analogs in each of 3–5 high-likelihood lead series defined by a core scaffold—is synthesized and verified via laboratory assays.

Close the design-synthesis loop. We maximize the value-per-synthesis dollar by rapidly providing alternative compounds to solve any synthetic challenges that may arise within a given scaffold. Meanwhile, we develop the synthetic methodology to allow the project to advance rapidly through lead optimization.

Synthesize lead series. The first deliverable to our partner is a set of synthesized, patentable compounds representing multiple lead scaffolds and ready for further laboratory testing. Once the leads are verified in the partner’s laboratory, we have reached the first value-creation and potential hand-off point to our partner.
